Overview

SeatGeek is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead their enterprise client portfolio and scale the client success function. This senior leadership role requires strong team leadership and commercial strategy skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in client success or account management, ideally within the technology or ticketing industry. You thrive in leadership roles and have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. Your ability to drive commercial growth and client engagement is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of enterprise-level client relationships. You are a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with a focus on delivering world-class experiences for clients and their fans. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with executives and stakeholders across various organizations. You are passionate about the live events industry and understand the importance of creating memorable experiences for fans.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and develop the US Client Success team, providing direct leadership to managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You will set clear goals and drive accountability within the team, fostering a high-performance culture centered on commercial impact. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue targets, managing client health, and ensuring the adoption of SeatGeek's services across the portfolio. You will standardize approaches to monetization, ensuring that Client Success is a reliable revenue driver for both clients and SeatGeek. Additionally, you will partner with CSMs and leadership on enterprise deal planning, renewal negotiations, and overall client execution, serving as a trusted partner to executives and operators at major sports teams and venues.
