Overview

Partoo is hiring a Support Engineer to enhance the connection between internal care teams and the technical aspects of their product. This role focuses on resolving complex customer requests to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles where you've developed a knack for problem-solving and communication. Your ability to analyze and understand technical issues allows you to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with both technical teams and customer care teams to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical understanding.

Desirable

Experience with digital transformation projects or familiarity with local collaboration platforms would be a plus. You are comfortable using various tools and technologies to assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. A background in software development or IT support can enhance your ability to understand the technical aspects of the product.

What you'll do

As a Support Engineer at Partoo, you will be responsible for managing complex customer requests that require a deeper technical understanding. You will work closely with the Product QA team to ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will involve analyzing tickets that require technical insights and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions. You will also play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that our product is accessible and user-friendly for all customers, regardless of their technical expertise.

You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide them with the necessary support to navigate our platform successfully. By reinforcing the connection between our care teams and technical teams, you will help streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
