As the Head of Identity in Tide's Security Engineering team, you will lead efforts to secure the identity management processes and systems. You will oversee the implementation of security measures that protect user identities and sensitive information. Your role will involve conducting security assessments, threat modeling, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with product teams to ensure that security is integrated into the design and development processes from the outset. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and security excellence. You will work closely with other security teams to ensure a cohesive approach to threat detection and response across the organization.
