Conga is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to support corporate financial model inputs, monthly financial close processes, and reporting. You'll develop relationships across the Product organizations to enhance budget accuracy and analyses.
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes maintaining financial models and conducting detailed analyses to support business decisions. You excel in building relationships across departments, particularly with Product teams, to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments where your contributions can drive organizational growth and efficiency. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience with pricing analysis and familiarity with financial software tools would be advantageous. A background in technology or software companies is a plus, as it helps you understand the unique financial challenges in this sector.
