Brex is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems and data infrastructure for their Product-Led Growth initiatives. You'll optimize digital acquisition and onboarding flows while leveraging skills in Google Analytics and SQL.
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on data infrastructure and digital growth strategies. Your expertise in tools like Google Analytics and SQL allows you to analyze and optimize marketing performance effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product-led growth initiatives. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for automation and experimentation, ensuring that marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful. You are passionate about using data to inform decision-making and improve customer experiences. You understand the nuances of digital marketing and are adept at managing complex systems that support growth objectives.

In this role, you will own the marketing operations systems that power Brex's Product-Led Growth motion. You will collaborate with product, revenue, and brand marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in messaging and strategy. You will lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey, leveraging insights to improve onboarding and activation processes. Your role will also include monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices across the marketing function.
