Senior TPM, Project Kuiper

Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to drive coordination and improvements of functional testing of PCBAs within the supply chain.




Key job responsibilities
- Develop and deploy test maturity models for functional testing and provisioning at Project Kuiper's global network of contract manufacturers
- Own the functional test and provisioning architecture, ensuring consistent processes, tooling, and metrics across Kuiper's manufacturing partners
- Drive the implementation of automated functional test and provisioning solutions to enable scalable, high-quality production
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to define test strategies, identify gaps, and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency
- Establish key performance indicators and reporting to track and improve test effectiveness and provisioning throughput
- Manage the lifecycle of functional test and provisioning tooling, including procurement, maintenance, and upgrades
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to contract manufacturer teams on best practices for functional testing and device provisioning- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
