You have a proven track record in communications, particularly in leading thought leadership initiatives and customer advocacy strategies. Your experience includes crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, showcasing your ability to transform complex data and insights into engaging stories. You understand the retail landscape and are passionate about supporting independent businesses, believing in the power of local commerce. You possess excellent leadership skills, guiding teams to execute strategic communications effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Experience in the wholesale or retail industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven storytelling.
