Trendyol is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Labor Law to provide comprehensive legal support on employment-related matters. You'll work closely with business units and HR to deliver legal advice and prepare necessary documentation.
You have a strong background in labor law, with experience providing legal support in a corporate environment. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex employment-related issues and offer strategic legal advice to various teams within the organization. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. You understand the importance of compliance and are proactive in monitoring legislative changes that may impact the business. You are also skilled in preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring they meet all necessary legal standards.
Experience in corporate law or regulatory frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with compliance processes and the ability to conduct training sessions on employment law will enhance your candidacy. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with HR and other departments to foster a legally compliant workplace culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support on all employment law matters within Trendyol. You will work closely with business units and HR to deliver legal advice on day-to-day employment-related issues, ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing employment-related legal documents, such as contracts, disciplinary regulations, notices, and termination documents. You will also support disciplinary processes and onboarding and termination procedures, ensuring that all actions are legally sound.
Additionally, you will monitor legislative changes and inform relevant teams of their legal implications, helping to safeguard the company’s integrity while enabling agile, sustainable growth. Organizing periodic employment law trainings will be part of your role, enhancing legal awareness across the organization and ensuring that all employees understand their rights and responsibilities under the law.
