Job Description

The goal of Amazon Transportation is to build a world class Operation. Amazon Transportation is looking for a Academy Learning Coordinator. This position will support BB Leadership operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.

As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving onboarding process standardization and process improvement. You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.

This position will be based our Amazon Corporate Office in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
- Create and manage onboarding programs.
- Track new hires operational productivity and guarantee soft skills improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the onboarding plan
- Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.
- Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to drive process improvements, promote best practice sharing, and standardize work routines- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in managing teams
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Excel- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of operations
- Experience in content generation
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
