Dutch is seeking a SEM Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize paid search campaigns. You'll work with Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on keyword research and performance analysis. This role requires 2-3 years of hands-on SEM experience.
You have 2-3 years of hands-on SEM experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of paid search strategies and campaign management. Your deep knowledge of Google Ads allows you to effectively set up, execute, and optimize campaigns across various formats including Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing. You excel in conducting keyword research and managing negative keywords to enhance campaign performance. Your ability to write and test ad copy variations based on performance insights showcases your analytical mindset and creativity. You pay strong attention to detail and can manage multiple campaigns and budgets while following established processes. You are comfortable analyzing performance data and building reports to share daily campaign performance and competitive insights.

You will conduct keyword research and manage negative keywords to improve campaign efficiency. Writing and testing ad copy variations based on performance insights will be a crucial part of your role, as will managing and improving landing page performance to enhance user experience and conversion rates. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance data and building reports to share insights with the team, helping to uncover opportunities for improvement and scale.
