Asana is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to support their international workforce in Warsaw. You'll manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with local employment laws. This role requires a deep understanding of human resources and international compliance.

Who you are

You are a skilled and detail-oriented senior Operations Professional with a deep understanding of human resources and international compliance. You have experience managing employee leaves, accommodations, and lifecycle processes, and you are adept at navigating complex and sensitive situations. Your ability to collaborate effectively with international teams sets you apart, and you are committed to ensuring compliance with local employment laws, particularly in Poland. You thrive in an office-centric hybrid environment and are comfortable being the main point of contact for employees and local authorities.

Desirable

You have a strong background in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Your knowledge of leave laws, accommodations, and workers’ compensation is extensive, and you are familiar with the regulatory requirements in the EMEA and APJ regions. You are proactive in your approach and have a track record of successfully managing employee communications and vendor relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Asana's international workforce through various HR functions. You will manage local leaves and accommodations, ensuring that all processes are compliant with Polish employment law. You will serve as the main point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support throughout their lifecycle at Asana. Your role will involve facilitating employee lifecycle events in the Warsaw office, ensuring that new hires are onboarded smoothly and that offboarding processes are handled with care.

You will collaborate closely with international teams to implement hybrid models that allow for seamless collaboration among global team members. Your expertise in HR compliance will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of managing a diverse workforce. You will also be involved in case management related to employee leaves and accommodations, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and empathetically.
