Bigblue is seeking an Ops Excellence Specialist to enhance their logistics operations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with Product & Tech teams to optimize their in-house WMS. This role requires experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis.
You have a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. You possess experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, showcasing your ability to drive operational excellence. Your background includes data analysis, allowing you to create actionable insights from operational data effectively. You have knowledge of warehouse management systems or logistics operations, which is crucial for this role. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and can adapt to changing business needs, ensuring that you remain effective in a dynamic environment.
As an Ops Excellence Specialist at Bigblue, your mission is to ensure that our fulfillment engine operates faster, leaner, and more consistently. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our logistics processes, helping to standardize best practices across our partner warehouses.
