What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical talent for Earnin's Bengaluru office. You will collaborate with local engineering teams to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted strategies to attract the right candidates. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting market research to identify potential candidates, utilizing various sourcing methods, and building a strong pipeline of talent.

You will also be involved in the interview process, working closely with hiring managers to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. You will maintain accurate records in the talent acquisition systems and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
