TripActions is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. You'll engage with C-level executives and utilize a consumption-based selling model. This role requires a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your experience includes building and maintaining relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring successful launches and ongoing usage of platforms. You thrive in a hyper-growth environment and enjoy collaborating with a team that shares learnings and wins together. You are motivated by targets and have a track record of exceeding monthly revenue goals. You understand the importance of accurate forecasting and are proficient in using Salesforce for managing sales activities.
Experience in the travel or expense management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with value-based sales approaches. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a strategic mindset when it comes to selling. A background in consumption-based selling models will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals. You will be responsible for driving sales by creating and managing opportunities in your pipeline, aiming to close 2-4 deals per quarter. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients post-sale is crucial, as you will partner with Account Management to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of Navan’s platform. You will oversee all sales activity within your account list and ensure accurate monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce. Understanding Navan’s value proposition and solutions will be key to your success, as you will employ appropriate value-based sales approaches to engage potential clients.
TripActions offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $192,000—$225,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
