NICE is hiring a Software Engineer to develop, test, and maintain their CX software platform. You'll work with C#, Golang, and Java in an agile team environment. This position requires 2+ years of software development experience.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. With over 2 years of experience in software development, you are well-versed in coding and testing software applications. You have strong skills in C#, Golang, and Java, and are familiar with the Microsoft Suite, including the .NET Framework and Visual Studio. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of an agile team to enhance and improve software solutions.
Experience with unit testing and code reviews is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software on time. Your ability to resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle and support the production environment will be key to your success in this role.
As a Software Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the CX software platform. Your typical day will involve working closely with your agile team to enhance and improve software written in C#, Golang, and Java. You will design and present projects aimed at improving current processes and the overall platform.
