Overview

Carvana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive full life-cycle recruiting for their Operations teams. You'll lead a recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring targets and develop strong business relationships. This role requires proven experience in talent acquisition.

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in leading recruitment efforts. You have a strong understanding of full life-cycle recruiting and are adept at building and developing teams to meet ambitious hiring goals. Your ability to foster strong business relationships with internal stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where impactful change is the norm. You are passionate about finding top talent and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Desirable

Experience in high-volume hiring environments is a plus, as is familiarity with the automotive or technology industries. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and have a knack for process improvement. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and innovation, and you are committed to creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team at Carvana, focusing on staffing the Operations teams with top talent. You will oversee the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your leadership will guide your team to achieve and exceed hiring targets, ensuring that Carvana continues to attract the best candidates in the market. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in recruitment, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. Regularly analyzing recruitment metrics will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the efficiency of the hiring process. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
