What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team at Carvana, focusing on staffing the Operations teams with top talent. You will oversee the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your leadership will guide your team to achieve and exceed hiring targets, ensuring that Carvana continues to attract the best candidates in the market. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in recruitment, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed. Regularly analyzing recruitment metrics will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
