Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Furnishing Platform team to build scalable systems and data pipelines. You'll work with Java, Python, and SQL to enhance consumer credit reporting. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in backend development.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable systems and data pipelines. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to design robust backend solutions that meet business needs. You are comfortable working with SQL and understand how to manage and query large datasets effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes. You have a strong understanding of system architecture and can influence technical strategy across multiple teams. In this role, you will own and deliver strategic outcomes by driving the definition and delivery of quarterly and long-term goals.
