Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product ownership, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and are adept at leading the analysis and improvement of sales processes. Your experience allows you to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Professional Services Operations to deliver scalable, end-to-end sales workflows. You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and have experience with integrated sales tools such as Clari, Outreach, and ChiliPiper. You are skilled at translating complex cross-functional requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

You bring a collaborative spirit to your work, thriving in environments where you can engage with various teams to drive impact. Your ability to navigate the complexities of sales processes and workflows makes you an invaluable asset to the organization. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. You are also open to both hybrid and remote work arrangements, making you adaptable to the needs of the team.

Desirable

While not required, a strong working understanding of CPQ/quoting and commissions would be beneficial in this role. You are eager to learn and grow within the organization, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner at Contentsquare, you will lead the analysis, improvement, and governance of sales processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that sales workflows are efficient and effective, covering top-of-funnel processes, lead conversion, and Order Management. Your role will involve gathering requirements from stakeholders, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the objectives. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of sales processes and making data-driven decisions to enhance their effectiveness.

You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and expectations. Your ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks will be crucial in driving the success of sales initiatives. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall strategy of the Salesforce team, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise. You will be involved in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as needed.
