What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include overseeing key HR metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will lead initiatives in employee engagement, talent retention, and performance management, fostering a high-performing environment that aligns with the company's objectives. Your role will involve designing and executing strategies for talent engagement and career development, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported in their professional growth.

You will also be responsible for managing performance management processes, ensuring that they are effective and aligned with the overall business strategy. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will be crucial in driving improvements in HR practices and outcomes.
