A background in software development or engineering can provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of the products you manage.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Engineering Systems at Microsoft. You will work closely with engineering teams to define the roadmap for M365 and Office Test Automation systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of developers and users alike. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with PM peers in Redmond to align on product strategy. You will lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of code validation processes, leveraging industry-leading tools and platforms to achieve these goals. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring that product deliverables align with business objectives.
