You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in leading teams and driving customer engagement strategies. You possess strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions to enhance their experience. You are empathetic and understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers to ensure their success. What you'll do

As the Manager of Customer Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Specialists, guiding them in their efforts to engage with customers and reduce churn. You will develop and implement strategies to identify at-risk customers and proactively address their needs. You will analyze team performance metrics and report on customer engagement statistics to senior management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service improvements.
