What you'll do

As an Assessor Reviewer I, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments of individuals residing in the community or in facilities. Your role will involve evaluating their needs and determining the services required for their success. You will work closely with various clients, ensuring that assessments are thorough and accurate. Your responsibilities will also include making review decisions regarding the necessary services, contributing to the overall well-being of those you assess. You will participate in a two-day in-person training in West Des Moines to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for this role.
