Overview

Asana is seeking a Senior Group Product Manager for their Mobile team to drive product strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance mobile experiences. This role requires over 7 years of product management experience.

Who you are

You have over 7 years of product management experience, particularly in the mobile domain, where you've tackled complex and ambiguous problems. Your expertise lies in translating customer needs into actionable product strategies, and you thrive in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and user research teams. You are energized by the challenge of enhancing mobile experiences and capabilities, and you understand the importance of aligning product goals with user needs. Your ability to conceptualize, launch, and iterate on products has made a significant impact on team productivity and collaboration.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with various stakeholders, including product marketing and leadership. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions that resonate with users.

Desirable

Experience in defining product strategies within the Work Management category is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and user research methodologies will enhance your ability to drive product success. A background in working with diverse teams across multiple offices globally will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Asana's mobile product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user productivity.
