Desirable

Experience working directly with venture capitalists or accelerators in the tech space is a plus. A network within the startup ecosystem will be beneficial as you drive engagement and adoption of AI solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute Anthropic's go-to-market strategy for startups, identifying and prioritizing top AI-native startups for engagement. You will build tiered engagement programs that cater to the unique needs of these startups, ensuring they can effectively leverage Anthropic's AI capabilities.

You will partner directly with leading VCs and accelerators across the EMEA region, establishing Anthropic as a trusted advisor in the AI space. Your responsibilities will include designing innovative programs that facilitate collaboration between Anthropic and the startup ecosystem, ultimately driving the adoption of AI technologies.

You will be hands-on with data, using your analytical skills to shape strategies and measure the impact of your initiatives. By building dashboards and conducting rigorous analysis, you will provide insights that inform decision-making and drive engagement.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams within Anthropic to align on goals and strategies. You will also represent Anthropic at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's commitment to building safe and beneficial AI systems.
