Dataiku is seeking an APJ Revenue Acceleration & Enablement Business Partner to enhance regional productivity and revenue growth. You'll support field sales teams by providing training and content to articulate the value of Dataiku. This role requires strategic thinking and experience in sales enablement.
You have a strong background in sales enablement and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the APJ region. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify business needs and gaps, translating them into effective enablement strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working closely with sales teams, particularly Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Your ability to create and deliver high-impact training programs will foster a learning culture within the field teams. You are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and can influence stakeholders effectively.
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with consultative, value-driven sales motions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business. A passion for driving sales excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will own and oversee the enablement strategy for the APJ region, ensuring that field sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will develop localized training content that resonates with the unique challenges and opportunities in the APJ market. Collaborating with the Global Vice-President of GTM Enablement, you will execute training programs that enhance productivity and efficiency across the sales teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall revenue growth of Dataiku in the region.
You will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. By fostering a culture of learning and development, you will empower sales teams to articulate the value of Dataiku's offerings confidently. Your role will involve regular communication with sales leadership to align on goals and strategies, ensuring that enablement efforts are closely tied to business objectives.
