Overview

Samsara is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales and bring IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. This remote position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are comfortable engaging with mid-sized customers. Your experience includes managing complex sales cycles and negotiating pricing with multiple stakeholders. You thrive in a remote work environment and are willing to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet clients and close deals. You are passionate about the Internet of Things and understand how sensor data can transform operations for businesses.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building Samsara's business within the mid-market segment. You will engage with potential customers, demonstrating the value of IoT solutions and guiding them through the sales process. Your typical sales will range from $20k to $100k, requiring you to manage proof of concepts and trials effectively. You will work closely with executives and CXOs to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their operational challenges. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
