Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in establishing customer and quality-related policies and processes — you think systematically and can define fundamental issues through data analysis and monitoring. You possess the ability to identify macro-level factors that influence Andon and overall business, allowing you to build effective policies and processes. You have a proven track record of proactively participating in or leading initiatives to improve customer experience, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction. You excel in communicating effectively with various stakeholders and can synthesize their needs into actionable policies.

Desirable

Experience in quality assurance roles related to non-food products such as electronics, household items, or furniture is a plus. High proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and Excel will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and operate the Andon non-food policies and common policies/processes, ensuring they are effectively implemented and continuously improved. You will set up and enhance systems and processes related to Andon policies, leveraging data analysis to derive fundamental policy improvements based on quality indicators and VOC (Voice of Customer). You will collaborate with relevant departments to identify quality trends and proactively plan and manage policies. Regular monitoring of policies will be part of your responsibilities to ensure processes are optimized and aligned with customer expectations.
