What you'll do

As the Operations Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of Nabis warehouse operations. You will assess training needs and create materials that ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. You will monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that training aligns with operational goals and compliance standards. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, providing them with the tools they need to succeed from day one.
