Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Your background includes advocating for customers, acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB. You possess a mind for technology and are eager to learn about MongoDB and databases, understanding that the product is inherently technical. You are capable of taking full ownership of your customer portfolio, making key decisions to drive effective outcomes, including when to escalate issues to the executive team. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as you will be expected to navigate challenges and advocate for internal teams effectively.

Desirable

Experience in a technical environment is a plus, as it will help you understand the complexities of customer needs and product capabilities. A passion for technology and a curiosity to learn will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will become the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills to build strong relationships. You will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities will include managing customer portfolios, addressing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. You will also be involved in building and enhancing the Customer Success program, contributing to its growth and effectiveness. Your ability to act autonomously will be crucial as you navigate customer journeys and advocate for their needs within the organization.
