We’re looking for a Multi-Site Leader to join our First Mile team in São Paulo, SP. In this role, you will provide inspiring and hands-on leadership across multiple operations sites. You’ll be responsible for developing a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, while reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
You lead by example, whether by coaching your team to perform at their best or stepping in to support when needed. You are passionate about building efficient processes and driving strong performance, while balancing business goals with a people-first mindset.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in the overall management, control, and strategic direction of the Seller Processing Center (SCP). Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards in your area of responsibility, while fostering a strong culture of safety on-site
- Gaining expertise in large-scale SCP processes, such as conducting 5S audits and promoting operational excellence
- Managing inventory control and system-related tasks, including accurate data collection and real-time updates of operational metrics
- Driving productivity improvements, reducing cost per unit, minimizing errors, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both customers and sellers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, and IT, to align on staffing plans, schedules, and performance expectations
- Leading process improvement initiatives and supporting cross-functional Six Sigma projects across your sites and the wider Amazon Transportation network in Brazil- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in employee and performance management
- Proven background in leading large, diverse teams
- Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas, with a strong track record in fast-paced logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and extract and analyze data effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros)
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, shifts, and areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to visit SCPs in your region- Completed Master’s degree or MBA
- Experience with Kaizen, Lean methodologies, and related techniques
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations
