You are an experienced professional with a strong background in hardware engineering and supply chain management. You have a proven track record of leading new product development initiatives and managing complex projects. Your ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners sets you apart. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Desirable

Experience in the connectivity hardware sector is a plus, as is familiarity with part creation and management systems like Fusion. A background in engineering or technical project management will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As the Connectivity Strategy Lead at Meta, you will take charge of the Connectivity Hardware engineering new product development and supply chain strategy efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage NPI qualifications, ensuring that all new products meet the necessary standards and requirements. You will build and maintain the hardware portfolio through part numbers in Fusion, which will involve close attention to detail and a strategic approach to inventory management.

You will develop and implement strategies to streamline part creation, working closely with engineering teams to aggregate demands and ensure that all hardware needs are met efficiently. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will need to work with various stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and supply chain professionals, to assure that network requirements and design deliverables are met.

Your role will also involve analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement, allowing you to drive innovation within the team. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance Meta's connectivity hardware initiatives.
