AuditBoard is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor other engineers. You'll work with technologies like Java, Python, AWS, and Docker. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in designing scalable solutions.
You are a highly motivated staff software engineer with a proven track record of collaborating across teams to drive large, strategic, and complex projects. With a strong background in software engineering, you possess the ability to mentor other engineers while designing and architecting scalable solutions. You thrive in environments that challenge you to improve the reusability of existing features and build new product features from concept to implementation. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. You enjoy working both collaboratively and independently, taking initiative to solve problems and innovate.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes are highly desirable. You have a solid understanding of software development best practices and are comfortable working in an agile environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration.
In this role, you will lead engineering efforts on large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
