Carvana is seeking an Entry Level Auto Body Repair Technician to perform light bodywork and vehicle preparation tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to learn and grow in the field. As an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to take on responsibilities such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are enthusiastic about working with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment and are open to participating in training programs to enhance your skills and career progression.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing light bodywork on vehicles, which includes prepping, sanding, and buffing. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, conducting minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that vehicles meet Carvana's high standards before they are delivered to customers.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to complete your tasks efficiently. As part of the team, you will collaborate with experienced technicians and learn from their expertise, contributing to a positive work environment.
