Dropbox is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop customer and support solutions that enhance the user journey. You'll work with technologies like JavaScript and REST APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience.
You have over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in developing full stack applications that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiatives. You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that your solutions align with business goals and user needs. Your expertise includes understanding microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems, which allows you to contribute effectively to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategies for GTM platforms.
You are familiar with Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms and related business processes, such as Content Management Systems like AEM, Salesforce, and Marketo. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to guide junior and intern developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to take ownership of key projects that drive meaningful business impact.
While not required, experience with AI-driven tools and data workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency would be a plus. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills or experiences that could contribute to the success of the team.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering best-in-class customer and support solutions that enhance and empower the user journey. Your role will involve using AI-driven tools and data workflows to enhance automation, personalization, and operational efficiency. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
