In this role, you will coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling for executive-level candidates, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. You will partner closely with executive assistants and senior leaders to align on scheduling and candidate communication. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Recruiting Department by creating and coordinating various administrative processes related to recruiting and HR. You will play a crucial role in shaping the candidate experience, making sure that candidates feel valued and informed throughout their journey with Crusoe. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding processes, helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
This position is intended to be a 12-month contract-to-hire role, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employee after 6 months.
