Brex is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. This role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise.
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, ideally with experience in technical consulting or implementation roles. You understand the importance of customer empathy and are skilled at building trust with clients. Your technical expertise allows you to guide customers through the onboarding process effectively, ensuring they transition smoothly to using Brex Empower. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are committed to their long-term success with the platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive solutions and deliver results quickly.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding experience for new customers, transforming them into power users of Brex Empower. You will take personal ownership of the implementation process, ensuring that customers are set up for success from the start. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, and providing technical guidance to customers as they adopt the platform. You will also be involved in process design and change management, helping customers shift from outdated practices to a modern, employee-first approach. As a strategic advisor, you will build trust with clients and drive solutions that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless adoption experience.
