Who you are

You have a strong background in software architecture and have spent several years leading technical teams — your experience includes making strategic decisions that align with business objectives and ensuring adherence to best engineering practices. You are proficient in Java and Flutter, and you have a keen interest in learning new frameworks and technologies to enhance your skill set. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, translating complex technical challenges into valuable solutions. You are also skilled in creating proofs of concept (POCs) and developing complex technical mechanisms, showcasing your ability to innovate and problem-solve in high-pressure environments.

What you'll do

As a Software Architect at CI&T, you will act as a technical reference for clients, ensuring that architectural designs align with their business goals. You will participate in design discussions, proposing robust and sustainable technical solutions while structuring technical backlogs and guiding teams in strategic decision-making. Your role will involve ensuring that all solutions comply with best practices in security, performance, and scalability. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation as per client needs, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating continuously with teams to drive alignment and innovation.
