What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that preventative maintenance is carried out effectively. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and you will be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the operation. You will work closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks and ensure that your team has the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve shift work, including weekends and nights, as you contribute to the operational success of Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering team.
