What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. You will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity. Additionally, you will engage with your team to foster a positive work environment and drive results.
