As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and management. You will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for picking, packing, and sorting orders using technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages and stage orders for delivery. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
