Overview

Handshake is seeking Administrative Services Managers to contribute to an AI research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required, making this an accessible opportunity for various professionals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in administrative services or related fields. Your background equips you to evaluate and train AI models effectively, even if you don't have prior AI experience. You are comfortable working independently and managing your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to deliver clear and structured feedback that enhances the AI's understanding of workplace tasks and language.

Desirable

Experience in coordinating and overseeing administrative services departments is a plus. Familiarity with developing procedural changes and supervising staff will help you excel in this role. You are open to learning new skills and adapting to the evolving landscape of AI applications in your field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to an AI research project by evaluating the outputs of AI models based on your professional expertise. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world tasks. Your feedback will be crucial in strengthening the AI's understanding and improving its performance. You will work asynchronously and independently, allowing you to fit this role into your existing commitments.
