You are empathetic and a team player, thriving in collaborative environments while also being capable of working independently as a contracts expert.

You possess a deep understanding of data privacy law, including relevant certifications such as CIPP, and are knowledgeable about AI rules and regulations. Your experience in intellectual property law complements your commercial legal expertise, allowing you to navigate complex legal landscapes effectively. You enjoy engaging with cross-functional teams and are passionate about supporting business goals through legal strategies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Commercial Counsel at Dropbox, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's global commercial legal team.
