You'll work with Azure Entra ID and require hands-on experience in IAM and cloud security. This position offers a salary range of $140,000 - $212,000 annually.
You have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) with at least 5 years of experience in securing cloud environments, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your expertise in Azure Entra ID is complemented by a solid understanding of Zero-Trust architecture, allowing you to effectively enhance security protocols across a geographically distributed workforce. You possess a strong automation mindset, enabling you to design, script, and build repeatable workflows that streamline IAM processes. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the importance of security measures.
Experience with other identity management tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards relevant to IAM. You are proactive in identifying potential security risks and have a track record of implementing effective solutions. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work well within cross-functional teams, driving standardization initiatives that enhance overall security posture.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing Roku's Zero-Trust architecture, ensuring that security measures are robust and effective. You will lead initiatives aimed at standardizing IAM processes across the organization, working closely with various teams to implement best practices. Your hands-on experience will be crucial as you optimize Roku's Microsoft-centric identity platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a diverse and distributed workforce. You will also be tasked with designing and scripting automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in IAM tasks.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work with both technical and non-technical teams to communicate the importance of IAM and security protocols. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices and the significance of adhering to security measures. Your role will also involve staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in IAM, allowing you to recommend improvements and innovations that can further enhance Roku's security framework.
Roku provides a dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued from day one. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that impacts millions of TV streamers worldwide.
