Overview

Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician to perform light paint work on vehicles. You'll be responsible for priming, sanding, buffing, and mixing paint. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.

You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and equipment in a high-tech Inspection Center. You are open to training programs that will help you grow within the company and advance your career.

Desirable

Experience with various automotive paint techniques, including airbrush and touch-up work, is a plus. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and a passion for the automotive industry will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Paint Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light paint work on vehicles, including priming and final sanding before painting. You will mix paint to match vehicle colors and apply it using various techniques, ensuring a flawless finish. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you buff and touch up vehicles to meet Carvana's high standards.

You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are prepared and painted efficiently. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and using tools and equipment responsibly. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive painting and bodywork.
