You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess partner engagement and success, and you are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth. You are passionate about technology and how it can empower organizations to collaborate securely and efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Partner Success Manager at AvePoint, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and retention of AvePoint's solutions among Managed Service Provider partners. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring they are fully engaged and supported in their use of AvePoint technology. You will coordinate with various internal teams to resolve any issues that arise, acting as the partner's internal advocate. Your role will involve developing strategies to help partners grow their managed service offerings, leveraging AvePoint's solutions to enhance their service delivery. You will track partner performance metrics and provide insights to both partners and internal stakeholders to foster continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed from the outset.
