Senior Staff Backend Engineer (Service Mesh)

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in building and maintaining large-scale microservices architectures. Your hands-on experience with Service Mesh technologies has equipped you with the skills to design robust and scalable systems that can handle high traffic and complex interactions.

You possess a strong understanding of distributed systems and have a proven track record of troubleshooting and optimizing performance in production environments. Your expertise in Java allows you to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and you are comfortable working with various frameworks and tools that enhance backend functionality.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Desirable

What you'll do
