Checkr is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead event strategy and execution, driving pipeline and revenue growth for Upmarket segments. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in field marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills make you an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of event planning and execution are seamless. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will help you optimize marketing programs and drive success. Experience in the tech industry or with data-driven companies is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to execute effective marketing campaigns. A background in event management or experience with large-scale marketing events will be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic annual event plan in collaboration with the wider Field Marketing Team. Your focus will be on key industry and partner events, associations, and communities that align with Checkr's goals. You will own the end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including creative strategy, logistics, onsite management, and internal communications. Your efforts will ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, from planning through to follow-up. You will work closely with sales teams to enable them with the necessary tools and resources to maximize the impact of events on pipeline and revenue growth. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and events, using data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Checkr's marketing efforts and driving the company's mission forward.
