Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with key channel partners in the Bay Area. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and partner enablement. This role requires strong knowledge of the Data Management and Data Protection market.

As a Channel Development Manager at Rubrik, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key regional and national channel partners across the Bay Area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations, to leverage their expertise in achieving and exceeding sales performance goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include growing the channel business through strategic partner planning and enablement, as well as driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation activities. You will arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that lead to Partner Initiated Deals and Proofs of Concept (POCs). Conducting enablement sessions to train partner field sales and Systems Engineering staff will be a key part of your role, ensuring that partners are self-sufficient and equipped to succeed. You will also focus on managing existing distribution and regional channel partners to enhance market coverage and support.
