Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience in content moderation, law, policy, operations or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with internet technologies and related policy and regulatory environments.
  
• Experience in content moderation.
  
• Experience in support operations.
  
• Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including Privacy issues, Defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes.
• Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability.
• Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.
• Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content.
