As a software engineer on the Home Lending team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing Upstart's HELOC and Mortgage products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our lending processes.
You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also work closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into functional software features.
